Help Laye Sajio get his teachers' degree

Laye Sajio (Lie SAH-joh) teaches French to schoolkids in my village, Kafountine.
He has a certificate in teaching, which allows him to teach a
t the elementary level.
He wants to go back to university to get a degree in education,
which would enable him to teach secondary school.
It will take 4 years. He will go to the university in Ziguinchor, 2 1/2 hours from Kafountine.
He assures me he and his family will be able to function, but he needs funds for tuition.
This is the only thing holding him back.
He's a good guy. He's well-respected in the village and gives his time graciously to his students.
Tuition is 250,000 CFA, which translates to $450 a year.
Is there anyone out there, or a group of people, willing to help him out?
It would be a really GOOD DEED!

Any amount helps!  Name your own amount.
