What inspired you to run?
“The unfamiliar Gambian faces that have become my family here inspire me to push forward and persevere. If the one lasting thing I can do to give back to The Gambia is to empower and support youth education, by running in this marathon, there is no easier decision for me to make. I run to break down barriers my kids face every day.”
